  • Registered Nurses

    Register Nurses monitor vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, care for wounds or injuries, assess healing, and administer treatments. Registered Nurses also document changes in behavior and progress.

  • Licensed Vocational Nurses

    Licensed Vocational Nurses monitor vitals, perform medical treatment, and administer prescribed medication. Licensed Vocational Nurses also assist in developing and reviewing a plan of care by recording and reporting reactions to treatment.

  • Licensed Social Workers

    License Social Workers address problems and develop a care plan for patients who experience medically related social and emotional problems. Licensed Social Workers also help patients cope with grief and loss, assist with patient discharge and handle the arrangement of in-home care services.

  • Occupational Therapists

    Occupational Therapists perform one-on-one in-home services in accordance with a physician’s order, record patient’s progress, and handle administrative tasks. Under a physician’s guidance, Occupational Therapists also develop a plan of care utilizing nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care.

  • Physical Therapists

    Physical Therapists evaluate and treat patients who are recovering from an injury, disease, or surgery in a home setting. Physical Therapists also develop a plan to treat patients using a variety of exercises, stretch techniques, and hands-on therapy to ease patients’ pain and help increase mobility. In addition, Physical Therapists monitor, document, and report patients’ progress.

  • Home Health Aids / CNAs

    Home health aids and CNAs assist clients with primary personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparations. Home health aids and CNAs also provide medical care at the direction of a nurse, light housekeeping, and other tasks around the patient’s home.
